Domain Name Problem

Hi guys, I made an error and would greatly appreciate someone helping me unravel this:

I have two free accounts, electrohermit and blackmoon. electrohermit account is OK.

I had set up the annual fee for both so to avoid login requirements/suspension. Apparently the account "blackmoon" is not setup properly for this fee and was suspended at the start, around June of 2010.

Today, following the X10hosting error window instructions, while logged in under "blackmoon" account, I tried to create the domain "blackmoon" again in the new account sign up window. However, it will not allow me to do this as I receive the message "This Domain Name already exists". The suspended "blackmoon" domain account apparently exists in limbo and I cannot reactivate nor clear it out and this creates a catch-22 situation.

I spent some time researching a solution to this, but cannot find one.

Can I reactivate this account or at the least have the domain http://blackmoon.x10.mx cleared out so I can create again and reattempt to pay the annual fee to avoid suspension.

Hello David!

Are you sure that you don't have any other account that was used to register that specific domain?

blackmoon.x10.mx is already in use but it is in suspended mode.

Exactly, that's what I was saying -- its suspended from the start.

I'm logged in right now, in this forum under blackmoon account (double checked) but cannot access the blackmoon CP.

Do I just need to unsuspend it? Is there a link for doing that?

Someone else has registered this - blackmoon.x10.mx as his/her main domain and it is in suspended mode.

By someone else, I mean - neither electrohermit nor blackmoon.

That's why I asked - "Are you sure that you don't have any other account that was used to register that specific domain?"

Also, you are allowed only one Free Hosting Account. Using add-ons, you can host several domains/sites on that account, but you are only allowed one account.

May be you are just unlucky that someone else has got that specific domain registered first.But if you are lucky enough, you will get this specific domain after it gets terminated.

I'm trying to find the login for the Control panel under blackmoon. I must have been confused with the login for the forum account for blackmoon.

I created the two domains under completely separate accounts (each under unique email).

Here is the email that was sent to my gmail account last year:

1. You cannot have two hosting accounts. If you make a new one with this Forum account, you risk losing both.

2. You lost the rights to the domain name you want. Someone else took it. You cannot take it away from him.
