When accesing by FTP, my web space is empty; there is no folder of any kind and the page indicator says 0 elements; how can I upload my web page?? I ask for your support two weeks ago and had no answer

Did you have files on your account that do not exist now or are you having problems adding new files to your site?
If you are new to uploading files for websites, you might want to try File Manager in cPanel ( http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082 ). It is fairly straightforward; just make sure you upload your files to the public_html folder.
