    I can't visit my website.

    I can't visit my website&cpanel.It's blocked by my isp. Can you change my website's ip.

    Currently we cannot. The only thing I can suggest you can call your ISP and ask them to remove the block.
    Alternatively you can move to premium. There you can have a dedicated IP address.
