Change of domain name

Good morning,

I just created a new (free) account. And decided to change the primary domain name.
How long would it take for the new domain to be active?
Can I transfer files and start using the old domain? If so, would the files get transferred automatically under the new domain, once that's active ?

Hello Teena!

Is the new domain not a x10 domain?
I can see a x10.bz domain registered as your main domain.
If it is, it will be available as soon as the server refreshes.
If it is not,then it will usually take around 48 hours for your DNS nameserver changes to be globally applicable.

There is no need for a "file transfer" for just a change in main domain.
