The file system mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

Admins are aware of the issue and are working to get it fixed. They're trying to free up space on the server. Unfortunately, the current setup is fixed, and cannot be expanded for more storage, however your server will be moving over to the new setup in the next couple of weeks, so it should definitely be fixed by then for a long-term solution. For now, it'll just have to be a waiting game until enough space can be freed.
