I'm not sure. I think the person that migrates your account will likely contact you in some way to tell you it's done. Possibly via PM on the forums. Support don't really have much to do with the changeover itself, so I hope you'll understand the lack of information.

Log-in to your Account Management Panel using this link:
https://x10hosting.com/control/

Then, go to "Hosting Account Management", you should see:
"adfree-infinity-illuminated" as your Package,when the migration is complete.
