Can I have a discount to upgrade Prime Membership to Illuminated Package please?

Hello,

I have a prime membership and I am interested to upgrade it to Illuminated Package.

I paid to have a Prime membership for 1 year, so can I have a discount to upgrade Prime Membership to Illuminated Package (in illuminated package, prime membership is included, but I already paid for Prime Membership !) ?

Also, I have seen that in the beginning of the year, people could get a Illuminated Package for 45 dollars instead of 60 dollars.

I hope I can have a discount, because I already paid for prime membership. Also my website does not earn me any money at all and I can't afford to spend much money, so a discount would be a precious help for me !

Is it possible, exceptionally, to have a good promotion to buy an Illuminated Package?
