i'm updating my website yesterday and today due to delays. i got suspended on April 19 when updating my posts. i stopped and continued yesterday.

i got suspended again yesterday after updating my posts for about an hour. i only use (wordpress) google analytics plugin and wp backup (not running).

then today, while updating the dates on my posts, compressing and downloading 3mb to cpanel for about 30 minutes. i'm suspended again.

i'm completing the content of my website. next time i'll update my site for only 15 minutes a day. and i'll disable the google analytics plugin and just code it into my header.php. i'll disable the wp backup and just use phpmyadmin for db backups.
