I have created domain and other settings properly and I have put simple index.html file public_html folder. But, That file is not shown when access url http://googlevirtualtour.pcriot.com

When I visit that URL, I see Google Maps. Is this your correct index.html page?
Was the page you saw before a Default Website Page? This shows when you first created your account or changed your domain name. It tends to get stuck in cache so please clear your browser and DNS cache and try loading your site again.
