That account has not been suspended by us. It looks as though someone may have hacked into your account and edited the file. Does anyone else other than you know your login information?
Also, are you able to log into cPanel and connect via FTP?

yes i can. But i can not import mysql settings into phpmyadmin. It won't show database. What to do?
