cant connect to sql database

hello,
i got problems connecting to the sql database,
i created a database, a user, assigned the user to the db.
i get the error :
Access denied for user 'travel2_user2'@'69.175.6.117'
as db host i entered my hostname: travel2.x10.mx

The MySQL database host is "localhost" (without the quotes).
