My hosting account is currently suspended.

The reason provided is:
"Suspension Reason: Suspected file hosting, /download directory. Had a file request form. Was password protected to couldn't proceed. A check via ssh may be required if user posts. -stpvoice. "

1. As per suspected File Hosting goes - All the files which are uploaded on the directory /download are available for download in the download section. The proof is : < http://statcounter.com/project/stand...ect_id=6552953 > . Please goto the download section for statscounter page. As you enter the download directory the links of all the files are available. As per your site terms, this was fairly available. Being a educational supporting site for my college mates, as this academic semester ends, the account would be cleared off all the files and consequently new documents of the new semester would be uploaded as it commences.

2. The file request form. This only sends me an email if anybody needs any particular lecture, assignment file etc. The user however in no way allowed to upload any file into the site. I though a simple form was acceptable with your terms. Anyways if it isn't then I would remove it. But before anything, i posted if this type of site was alright. < Is my site agreeable with the terms..?? > . And I was approved.

3. Password Protection: If you had gone through the disclaimer at the homepage, it stated that the documents was only for the use of and for my class. It shouldn't be open to the world. Then it would have copyright violation of the teachers and faculties. So password protection had to be given. Before adding password protection I again asked if it was allowed to do it. < Is Username Password script in JavaScript all right ?? > .

I think i have able to explain the reasons for the suspension. Our semester exams are commencing from the coming week. So students would need to get the lecture, notes, etc stuff. So If possible please revoke my suspension if i have been able to justify myself.

Soon as the system stops lagging it should run an unsuspension; I can see why the reviewer freaked out though. Might want to clarify the "file request form" on-site so it's more obvious what it's meant for

Thank You very much for the unsuspension.

About the Request Form. Its just like a 'contact us'. In no way it enables the visitor to upload any file of his own.

Presently, I am unable to open the cPanel or establish a FTP connection, as soon it is made, i will remove that page till a get confirmation/approval of that prior to using it again ....

Are you still experiencing the issue with cPanel/FTP.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused by your suspension. A password protected downloads directory looked suspicious.

The FTP/cPanel issue has been resolved. And the Request page has been removed too.
I am sorry for the password protected directory but it had to be included to save the files from access by any and all.. It is actually exclusive content for the students of my class...
