unable to understand the reason of my account suspension

hi sir i am getting the error trying to open my site www.teja.x10.bz, i tried to find out the reason by login to my account at x10 hosting and it has been described as below

suspension :- Upload script. Part of site, not zt. If ticket opened, give 24 hours to remove (upload. Php). -stpvoice

please solve my issue,

If you agree to remove it within 24 hours, you can have your account back.

sir i will agree to remove the above mentioned file , but i am unable to login to my ftp account or even into the control panel.
please help to resolve my problem by giving suggestions . thankyou very much/

Hello,

You can't access your account in any way while it's suspended. I'm going to unsuspend you now. Access via cPanel and FTP will be restored then.

sir i had deleted the file upload.php, i am able to login to control panel and through ftp,
