I cannot creat a folder or upload files.

When i view my site http://yourspiff.x10.mx/ it says "Hi". Even if i upload an index.html, index.php, etc, the site will still say "Hi". I created a folder called test in my public_html, and i keep getting a 404 error with that. http://yourspiff.x10.mx/test

Is there something going on with the server today, or is this on my end.? When i view the shared ip: 69.175.120.122 it also says "Hi", could this have something to do with it? Thanks

I've seen this problem twice now. Both times the person had to zip all of the files in their public_html directory into an archive (or delete them, up to you) and start again. Are you able to try this, or do you already have a fully developed site?
