Unfortunately I made a ticket about transferring some files to my host from a website but you didn't answer me ,So I have to install rapidleech to download my files .
Now,If it's possible for you enable my host again and I will not install that again.

I checked your ticket history and was unable to locate one involving moving files to your site from a host. Not sure what ticket you're referring to.

In any case, I love quoting the terms, so here's the usual, with me bolding everything important:

File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

6. System Backups

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page.

8. Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

So it's the usual, Permanent Suspension, no further access permitted. Might've been a bit nicer if I could've located the ticket you're referring to, however the only two out there for you involve an addon domain and some SMTP troubles - nothing related to moving anything.
