The site is down again

I'm so vague, My site is down again and trying to install itself again. If I deleted the install part on the server would it stop going to that, kind of like doing a rollback.

I won't do it but I'd kinda like to know a work around so that doesn't happen.

I was just about to change the colors of my site when bam no more, I was actually right in the middle of a blog post. Well now I'm not so frustrated now that I know it's a free server and at least none of my site has gone MIA so that's at least good and it's usually when noone is even on it. Damn direct deposit.

Well I went and made some food and came back, turned on my comp and tried to load it up and it loaded up just without any .css I think because everything was just plain text on a white background. which was really weird until I was like that silly .css. But whatever in a day or so this won't be much of a problem.
