Indestructible Folders/Files

So I've got some folders/files that I can't delete ( I accidentally deleted a Main FTP account, but these folders/files are still alive ). I'd like it if you could delete it for me. The folder is public_html/magnie I've already tried through Terminal, FTP, and the cPanel FTPs. Thanks. :)
