Cannot change domain/remove subdomain

I've previously changed my domain from tixilite.co.cc to tixilite.x10.mx, but a subdomain that was on it stayed on the old domain according to the Account Management page.

Now I want to get rid of the subdomain and change my domain back to tixilite.co.cc. I've removed the subdomain from cPanel, but it still exists in Account Management and when I try to change my domain back to tixilite.co.cc, it says domain already in use (I'm guessing because of the old subdomain that still didn't change its name in Account Management).

A bit confusing :). To make it clear, my request is:
Remove all subdomains
Set main domain to tixilite.co.cc
