About LinkBacksIn installation process there was: "You don't need to put licence key at this time" so i didn't. And it automatically suspended my account. Just delete ipb folder and let me do it again.

If you did not need a license number for a paid script, it is quite obvious that you are uploading a nulled script. The IPB installation you were trying to install did not have a callback to IPB indicating that it was nulled. This suspension falls under our Zero Tolerance Policy. Your account will remain suspended until it is terminated. No backups are allowed and no exceptions will be given. It will be automatically terminated.
