Inactivty Suspension

Hi,

It looks like my account has been suspended and then deleted to inactivity.
I took up the upgraded (no forum login required) option and thought this was automatically renewed each year. Also, googlemail had identified X10 emails as spam so I hadn't seen the warning messages.

What steps do I now take to activate my account?

If it got as far as to actually be deleted (which would occur if the account is suspended for more then 14 days) there's no way to re-activate the account as all data would be removed.

I do find a termination report for an account boballso, it was terminated on April 26th after having been suspended for 15 days.

Hi Anna,

I feared as much.
Can I use "sign up for a hosting account" found in "https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting" to recreate my host space?
I have a backup of my website I could then upload.

Hello,

Please log into the hosting control panel, click Hosting in the header bar and follow the links to the signup page. That way you should be able to attach the new account to your current forum/client account.
So yes, you can do what you suggested in your previous post.
