Account Won't Unsuspend

While I was attempting to load a page on my website that has Never, NEVER done this in the past, my account got suspended. This was right after I received a 500 internal server error. Now, my account won't ynsuspend itself and I hate to have my website offline for so much. Can somebody help me?

You got suspended for High Resource Usage. Something on your account started taking up a lot of CPU or RAM and the system automatically suspended you to protect all the other users on your shared server.

You are now unsuspended. Remember to clear your browser cache and history before trying to view your site again.
