Account Suspended.

Hi, my account was recently suspended for not logging onto the forums and now my whole websites been deleted? Is it possible at all to get this restored or is all my work gone? I haven't got a recent backup. >.<

I'm not showing an account linked to your current username; do you know what your cpanel username was so we can see if it was terminated?

Keep in mind if it was indeed terminated, we can't recover the information at all. Accounts have to be suspended for a minimum of 14 days for it to be terminated as well, which is usually enough time to login to the AIP and request unsuspension there, or via support ticket.

my account username was peeprpg and it has probably passed that time period darn.

Sadly yeah, peeprpg: node stoli, terminated 4-26-2011, suspended for 15.16 days.

I do show a new hosting account attached to your username though, so it looks like you did make a new one at least

Still would be handy if i could get my work back though. Would kinda be willing to pay just to get it back :| spent absolute hours on what i'd done

The problem is once an account is terminated, it's erased in full - we can't keep backups of accounts indefinitely. Once the account's gone, it's gone.
