Your site is loading quickly for me at this time.
If consistently high speed is essential to your site, I'd suggest an upgrade to Illuminated or Premium, where there are considerably fewer accounts per server, which therefore results in a larger allocation of resources per account.
That's just the nature of free hosting I'm afraid. At peak times the servers can get very busy, and weighed down with all the traffic. Also, it doesn't help that all of the servers are undergoing maintenance at the moment, preparing for a major upgrade in the coming days/weeks.

Thanks for the info and I found a site that protects your website from hackers, spammers, etc for free and will put less load on the servers here at x10hosting. It's called cloudflare.com I just set it up and my site loads a bit faster.
