I create a Wordpress blog and enter softaculos tool, but I get the following error:
The info.xml file not could be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

This is an ongoing issue. The admins are aware of it, but for now it will be easiest if you do the install manually by downloading the package direct from wordpress.
