cPanel Blocked

At my school, they have blocked most of the ports for 'safety reasons'.
When I ctry to login to my cPanel at 'https://www.chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/', I recieve an 'Internet explorer cannot display this page' error.
Are there any other urls to login to the cPanel with ?

There's currently no alternative url, other then trying with port 2082 instead (non ssl).
