Suspended Account

Hi,

Please unsuspend my account. It was suspended due to the reason of

You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

I have already updated my password, logged in to forums, updated the request under "Open Actions" but still no response.

Please advice.

Hi,

I am using the username: mitchi and my updated password.

But i am getting Login Attempt Failed! all the time.

I cleared the temp internet files, tried IE & mozilla but no luck.

Any suggestions?

Try using your older password, there may be a hold up in updating your cPanel password due to the current maintenance.

For the record, updating password is not needed to get an account unsuspended, also if you issued that password update while your account was still suspended it would not be carried out on cPanel level.

I've the new password, old password, even other passwords that I use, but none of them worked.

If there is a maintenance, do I need to wait for a number of hours? before it activate?

Or do I need to change my password again?

Is there any way for the admin to check this, and try it for themselves?

Try changing your password again, it might force an update through that either got lost, or didn't work because of the suspension.
