I was suspended for a "nulled" script however this is an open source script.

Were you uploading anything else or did you download the software from some place other than sourceforge? Theres some odd things i'm finding on your account.

Unfortuantly I did download it from another site, cant recall which one. I knew it was not nulled, so I googled the script title and found it on open source script.

Can we get this issue resolved?

Please be patient. Only a select few of us have access to the servers to verify the suspension by inspecting files. I'll ask someone to review it ASAP.

Thanks, but I mean like, I posted yesterday, someone verified it was not nulled because of the source, and im still suspended.

I understand your frustration, but you weren't actually given an "all clear". The previous representative never said that. I've asked our head of terminations to take a look at this. We still need to check that the files you downloaded did not include anything else, as you said earlier that you didn't download it off sourceforge.
In fairness, this is free hosting, and we do our best with support, but when paid staff are involved Premium and Paid issues take priority I'm afraid.

Your is a unique case which is why there have been delays as to how to handle this and actually figure out. As you got the file through a shady source, we can't be sure that the files haven't been tampered with(Sites like the one that distributed your copy have been known to put back-doors in the code.) In this case I'm going to remove everything from public_html. If there are any files you want to keep that you uploaded, let me know. If you had any kind of website setup, simply downloading from the official source and uploading the files should recreate the site just fine.
Currently if I unsuspend you, you'll just be resuspended automatically.
