But its Showing Active in Control And i can still Access My Files Via Control panel But the thing is when i visit my domian it redirects to http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

previously when my account got suspended i got the reason via email,
this time no emails etc please help

There seems to have been a glitch where your site was redirecting to the suspended page even though you were not suspended. It seems that forcing a suspension and then unsuspending you fixed it.
