My sql problem....

I have some problem with MySql & phpMyAdmin
some times Ican't acces to my site because of Database,and when I go control panel i can't access to my database
fo example in phpMyAdmin shows this:
Error

SQL query:
SET CHARACTER SET 'utf8';
MySQL said:
#1040 - Too many connections


and in MySQL Databases part in c Panel shows:

There are no databases associated with your account.

but after some time it solve and all things work coorect
but this problem happen to me several time....

Hello,

These issues usually resolve themselves. During maintenance, the system does strange stuff. When the maintenance is over and you still have the issue, we can look into it in more detail.
