No, as shell scripts are often malicious and abusive not only to other users, but to available resources.
As the suspension says: "shell scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers." Doesn't indicate whether said servers are free, paid, or illuminated, cause it's forbidden on all of them.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
