I installed vBulletin but now I want to delete and I can not since I have the account suspended.

Can you remove the suspension, or uninstall vBulletin?

We can remove the suspension if you can prove that you have a valid license for that installation of vBulletin.

Uploading a vBulletin that you do not have the right to install is against the Terms Of Service you agreed to when you signed up at x10hosting.

It is a Zero Tolerance suspension. No excuses. No do overs. Your account will remain suspended. No access or backups. The Free Hosting Account and all its contents will be deleted some time after 14 days.

There's no system where we allow the use of an illegally obtained script, also known as warez.

In order to delete it, you'd have to have access to the account.

Access to the account was permanently revoked upon detecting the warez install of vBulletin.



In other words, your account is permanently suspended. Next time, don't use an illegally obtained script - we do indeed actively suspend for them, and once suspended for warez, you don't get the account back.
