Suspension

I received an account suspension on a personal webpage I have on local Essex, Ontario, Canada history. I used Wordpress to make the pages (probably less than 20 small topics) and I can't understand the reason for the suspension.

"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately."

I did the auto request to have it unsuspended on May 3rd but have had no response.

Can this account be unsuspended so that I can copy the information and put it somewhere.
