Primary host still has not changed after 72 hours

The following actions are still in progress despite being started over 72 hours ago. Could you manually edit the account so that instead of janewillisart.x10.mx the primary account becomes janewillisart.com? The name servers for the domain already point to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com as required. stpvoice recommended I raise a ticket if these actions had not been completed within three days:
