trying to install extension on joomla fails

Hi ,
I am trying to install an extensions on Joomla and it fails.
I tried both through a file which I upload , or through local files.

In both cases it seems to hit a timeout .

and I get :"The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
