Issue with cpanel and website

Hey I have an issue with both the cpanel and the website domain.

whenever I click on this link https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ or https://refresh.x10.mx I just end up with a white page. where as if i give these links to my friends they can see them just fine. Im using IE 9 but iv tested it with Chrome and Firefox with the other computers in the house and this produces the same result.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas into getting the pages to apper in my browser.


edit* Iv just tested to see if i can see the cpanel for Stoli which works, So I have no idea why it wont work for Starka
