what is the name server so I can add it to configure to my co.cc Domain Name?

Ok I have added that to my co.cc acount.

And added it as a parked domain but still not functioning, nothing shows when i go to url or the x10 hosting url ?

Try sorting it out first.

delete/rename .htaccess

OK I have added a co.cc domain as a parked domain for testing.

completely deleted everything

Now is there anyway of resetting it all ?

Did you delete the public_html or files/folders inside it ?
If you did delete the public_html, try recreating it with permissions 750.

That was not deleted but I have now changed it to permission 750 makes no difference.

I really not sure what to do now.

everything is deleted apart from public_html

inside there is a folder leighs.co.cc which was created when parking the that domain with a index file to test so I am lost now.

I don't think this will help you given that you have an empty public_html, but still give it a shot:

Do you have a www folder in your root directory? If you don't, this will need admin attention.
