My account has been suspended due to inactivity. This should not have happened because I paid for a prime membership subscription. (Subscription Number: S-0H020911T8930161J) What do I need to do to get my account reinstated?
P.S. The account panel says that emails were sent to warn me my account would be suspended but I did not receive them. I guess my company's spam filter thought the email from x10hosting was spam and blocked it.

Additionally, what date did you pay for prime and when was the suspension dated.
