Password not updated for cpanel

On the 3rd and 4th May I tried to update my account/cpanel/forum password.
I can now get into the account panel, and the forum, but the cpanel is not recognizing the new password, only the old one.
If I get into the cpanel with the old password, no changes take effect. Is this because of the work going on with Stoli, and must I just be patient until this work is done, or is there another reason for this which you can sort out now?
Will the request for a password change be automatically dealt with once the work on Stoli is completed?

Hello,

The cPanel passwords actually update slightly behind the other passwords, but you don't usually notice it in normal circumstances. I should think that as soon as work is completed on the server, your password will then be automatically changed as you requested, as the command would have already been sent to the server.
