As that text says, explain why your site is password protected, if we can't review the site, we have no way to know that it is abiding ToS.
Preferably, there should be a test account available for staff to use during reviews.

That was the first time my account has been suspended for anything like that.
You could just ask for a test account before suspending people that in future might pay for hosting.
I can make a test account for you, if I could login to the cPanel -> phpMyAdmin

Can you please explain:
a) the purpose of your site, and
b) why the entire site is password-protected
I have unsuspended your account so that you can create a test account for reviewing purposes. If you could, please PM me the details of that account so that I may review your site. Once I am finished, I will let you know here so that you may remove that account if you so desire.
(I will not be intentionally making any changes to your site, such as posting in a forum, etc. -- simply looking at what is there to ensure it abides by the Terms of Service)

I will you give the login info and a explanation of my site in a PM, when its working...worqy27, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
