Most probably you are stuck in a long queue of "new a/c creation".
Usually, the process of new a/c creation is reasonably fast.

In some cases, it can take up to 48 hours for registration to complete. It may be longer in this case, as the actions queue is paused while maintenance is going on. I'm afraid you'll have to be patient.
