Error 403

Hello,
I am trying to get a perl script to run on my site. I've used the location of perl and sendmail that I was told from the control panel.. I've got the referrer setup with the domain and the ip address, but when I try to use it, it gives me error 403 cannot be access on this server. I was wondering what I was doing wrong.

Perl is not supported on free. Please see http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison for more details. That's why you're getting the error.
