If possible I'd like my entire account on this site closed
I recently requested a refund for the premium services
and ever since then I have been unable to access my
free hosting, but now I just want my account completely
closed so please help me take care of this last issue.

We do not expedite deletion of suspended accounts. Also, we do not delete forum accounts.
I can't actually see a reason for your account's suspension in the system. I'll try and get some more information, then get back to you.
