I configure my filezilla:

Host: newarehouse.com.ar / userftp.newarehouse.com.ar / userftp@newarehouse.com.ar
User: Userftp
Pass: passftp
Port: 21
Logon Type: normal

And it doesn't work

User: your cPanel username
Pass: your cPanel pass
Port: 21
