Hosting Domain Modification.

I tried changing the Main Domain of my account 36 hours ago and it's still pending and doesn't look like anything is happening, just wondering if there is anything wrong with my account or someone could tell me why it still hasn't done anything? Really frustrating because first my ISP (Optus) had the starka server blocked so I had to wait tirelessly on the phone on numerous occasions to try and get it unblocked and now it finally has and I still cant do anything.. :\

If someone could reply to this post ASAP that would be great, as I was considering going premium but right now your free servers arent even working which doesnt make your premium look any better.. :\
