Scratch that, content scraping in the aforementioned file. It hit another site 545 times for one user, and there's 9 user folders in there. That's about 4,905 hits, and is why you are now permanently suspended.

Prime keeps you on the free hosting servers and under the Free Hosting TOS, which explicitly disallows content scraping under script hosting, and disallows proxies under any circumstance. So no, prime wouldn't work.
And before asking, under Paid Hosting (premium) and the amount of CPU usage you're using, you'd be in violation of their resource usage limits, and of the proxy clause, AND of "Scripts that run continuously."
