cPanel time out error

Login requests to cPanel on Chopin sever results in timeout error. Have been trying for past 12 hours. Thanks in advance for any help you can provided.

Error Msg reads:
"The connection has timed out
The server at chopin.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond."

It loads under 1 second for me.
Flush your DNS records and then try again.

DNS cache was flushed prior to all attempts. Also, ads, popups & flash were unblocked and java, javascript, and cookies enabled.

Update: Was able to login to cPanel approx. 24 hrs ago, worked fine & fast.
