create a new account

i have some problems with this account. my databases are not visible with phpmyadmin..

i want to delete this account and create a new one.. if possible in another server..

Hello,

You can delete your account and re-create it, but we cannot guarantee a different server. Servers are allocated randomly upon account creation. If you'd like to delete your account in order to sign up again, please copy/paste the form below into a new post, and fill in all of the details (x in parentheses, cPanel username). We should be able to expedite the deletion so you don't have to wait the 14 days for your account to be deleted by the system.
