how do i upload my pages?

Support is conducted via threads, not privately over email.
You can upload pages using either the cPanel file manager or FTP. FTP connection details can be found here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/FTP
I use FileZilla as my FTP client. I find that works fine, and it's free.
