4. Unmetered Resources, Limits, and Rules
x10Hosting offers unmetered disk space and bandwidth on all the shared hosting accounts, users are still restricted to the above allowed sites and the following limits on CPU & Memory usage:

May not use more than 50% of an available CPU for more then 120 seconds at a time.
May not use more than 50% of an available CPU for more then 5 minutes out of a 60 minute period.
May not use more than 820MB of memory combined between processes
May not have more than 10 processes running at any given time.

vs the free restrictions, according to the wiki:

Resource Limits

As of mid 2009, the limits are:

25% CPU utilization
5% of memory
240 seconds of CPU time per hour
20 concurrent processes executing

yea cause im still getting used to cpanel and as well i wanna make sure if i buy a membership with a domain that my account will not keep getting suspended. can you tell me what else i will get when i buy a premuim membership

To your visitors your website will be the same. If you wish, someone will copy all of the data from your free account over to your new premium one. Also, premium accounts have their own servers, completely separate from any of the free servers. You'll find the speed and reliability much better than free.

In addition, automated suspensions are not run on the premium servers. Should you be found going over your resource limit, you will be contacted and given time to correct the problem before the site gets suspended.

You'll also notice the premium servers have speeds of up to 100x faster than free servers due to the low number of users and virtually 0 people trying to abuse the service (people abusing the service is the sole cause of slowness on the free servers, outside of server maintenance which is announced in advance here). Add that to a 99.9% uptime guarantee and a slew of additional features, and premium is really solid.

If you decide to purchase premium, you will need to open a ticket in your client area (https://clients.x10hosting.com -- you'll get the login details after you sign up) to request the manual transfer. Note that our staff can only transfer from free to premium. If you decide later to go back to free, you will need to transfer it on your own.
