cool i can not post to the free support form to offer help

is there any reason that i can not offer help on the free hosting support forms. every time i try it says

and yet i can post to crossfire.
please help. i would like to be able to help others with their problems but i cannot.

You need a minimum number of posts before you can answer support tickets. It's substantially higher than the 36 you currently have. This ensures you have the adequate experience to be helping people.

what can i do to help get myself to the higher number of posts, i do not always have problems. so it seems pointless to create forms that serve no purpose.
